At Bright Little Days, we aim to provide products that bring real value to families and parents. Because we offer both digital and physical products, our refund policy differs depending on the type of product purchased.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds for digital products may only be considered in the following situations:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You did not receive the download due to a technical error

Physical Products

For physical products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be returned in the original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
